As Appsilon Advanced Materials Consultancy Industry and Trade Inc. ("Company" or "Data Controller"), we respect and value the privacy of your private life. Therefore, we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law" or "KVKK"), which is in force to protect your fundamental rights and freedoms.
With this Disclosure Text, we would like to inform you about what personal data is processed by the Company, for what purposes and on what legal grounds it is processed, by what methods it is collected, to whom and for what purposes it can be transferred, and your rights within the scope of KVKK.
- DATA CONTROLLER
Aware that we are responsible as the "Data Controller" for personal data being processed by the Data Controller or under the instruction of the Data Controller, as specified in KVKK, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limitations permitted by the legislation.

Your personal data will be processed solely for the purposes stated above. However, if the purpose of processing your data changes, you will be separately informed, as this will be considered a new processing activity.
Collected personal data will be processed in accordance with the relevant legislation; in a manner that is not contrary to the principles of law and good faith, will be kept accurate and up-to-date when necessary, will be processed for clear, specific, and legitimate purposes, will be evaluated in a manner that is connected, limited, and proportionate to these purposes, and will only be stored for the necessary duration.
- PROTECTION, RETENTION, AND DESTRUCTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the relevant data processing purpose and limited to the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. If the processing purpose ceases to exist and there is no other legal reason requiring the retention of the data, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the current legislation.
The Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures in accordance with the KVK legislation to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data, to prevent incorrect processing or disclosure of your personal data, to prevent modification/deletion for unlawful reasons, and to ensure its protection and security.
In the event that your personal data is damaged as a result of attacks on the Company's physical archive and/or servers and/or other systems, and/or is seized/disclosed by third parties, the Company immediately informs you and the Personal Data Protection Authority.
- TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA CAN BE TRANSFERRED
Your collected personal data may be transferred to suppliers, business partners, and authorized public institutions and organizations, limited to the purposes specified in Article 2 and provided that the conditions for legality are met.
The Company may process and retain your personal data in accordance with the purposes stated above, taking the necessary security measures, on servers, devices, or other electronic environments within the country.
In case of transfer of personal data abroad, the necessary technical and administrative measures are taken, and the adequate safeguards stipulated in Article 9 of the KVKK are provided.
4. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
As the data subject, if you submit your requests regarding your personal data processed by us within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK through the Data Subject Application Form, which you can access at https://appsilonlabdiamonds.com/ilgili-kisi-basvuru-formu/, to the Data Controller in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the Data Controller will finalize your request in the shortest possible time, and at the latest within thirty days, without any charge, depending on its nature. However, a fee may be charged if foreseen by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
You can submit your requests regarding your personal data by choosing one of the methods specified below with the KVK Application Form. The use of the form, the address to which the form will be sent, and the information it must contain have been determined according to the KVKK. Although the use of the form is not mandatory, we would like to emphasize that requests sent using the form can be answered in a shorter time for organizational reasons.
